Zenith House was the last development to go up and was the final phase of Bellways redevelopment of the Basin being completed in 2007. There is the usual mix of one, two, and three bedroom flats, along with a number of penthouses. Although the DLR track runs between the blocks and the Limehouse basin, most of the properties enjoy good basin views and a Southerly aspect with some two bedroom flats having the benefit of a larger than average terrace. Parking is only available for two bedroom flats or larger and is located within the blocks. Desirable commercial units are also available on the ground floor, although it is yet to be confirmed who will occupy these units.
